[Resolved] mobile connection — prepaid to postpaid | |||
REMINDER JAIPUR, 27 JANUARY, 2011 I was reliance pre-paid costumer since 7 or 8 years. My Mobile No. is [protected], I have rely the services of Reliance I will be take another landline connection & Broadband his Phone No. is[protected]. I was converted my Mobile connection pre-paid to post paid. I have deposited the money of Rs. 500/- and concerned documents to Mr. Banwari Lal Bairwa (Mobile No.[protected]) working under Reliance Web World, Opp. Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur on 07th January, 2011. He was take money but he is not responding properly. He was telling me many time tomorrow you FI will be done and your connection is started within 7 days. I have verbal complaint against your Jaipur Center Reliance Web World, Opp. Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur on 21st January, 2011 to Mr. Prahalad Owner of this Reliance Web World but he will asked me "Main Kisi Ke Baap Ka Naukar Hoon. Mera Kaam tha mail karna wo maine kar de iske bad meri koi jimmadari nahi". He was not converted my connection to pre-paid to post-paid. I will be contacted Mr. Banwari Lal Bairwa and give my money back on 18th January, 2011, he was not any answer properly. I said the Mr. Banwari Lal Bairwa you will not return my Rs. 500/-, you are not returning my Rs. so I can take action against you in the court. He is telling me very hard language any thing you do I am the Agent I am not a company. He is the companies fault no my. Unfortunately I was complaint against Mr. Banwari Lal Bairwa on 21st January, 2011. Your company executive of legal cell call me and he is telling me I will very short time converted your connection pre-paid to post-paid. My FI is done on 24th January 2011 but my telephone is not converted till date pre-paid to post-paid. I am facing this problem for last 7th Day of January, 2011 and i am very upset to delt with such type of poor working attitude so do the needful at the earlist otherwise I have no way insted of consumer court and I will go to the portability option. I have use reliance pre-paid mobile connection since 7-8 year and my mobile No. is [protected].
I am going to convert my connection prepaid to post paid. your executive meet me at Reliance Web World, situated at Opp. Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur-302019 on 07th January, 2011 and he was telling me to convert pre-paid to post-paid within 7 days and collect the money of Rs. 500/- but can not give any reciept. He was telling me this amount is adjust in your first bill. But he is not doing his work properly since 21.01.2011. I will take my money back to your executive Mr. Banwari Lal Bairwa he worked under your Reliance Web World, situated at Opp. Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur-302019.
I was meet 21.01.2011 to Mr. Prahalad he is a owner of Reliance Web World, situated at Opp. Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur-302019 but they give nonresponsible and rood answer to me that "Such work never happend in Relience and use other option then Relience!" and I will go to number portability option.
