I have also got an SMS on 28.09.2009 stating that I have won 200, 000GBP in a international mobile draw in 2009 (shell) int'L in U.K. from message centre :[protected]. Asked me to send my information to sdpc.[protected]@live.com through email. I did so. In reply, the company (Shell Development Petroleum Company, SPDC) said that they send my information to City Link Courier Agency in U.K. to deliver my prize. I then wrote to the agency about the modalities of payment or delivery of my prize. In reply, they told me deposit delivery charges in their correspondent account No (ACCOUNT NAME: JAMES DYM'S, ACCOUNT NUMBER: [protected], BANK NAME: STATE BANK OF INDIA(SBI)). They asked me Rs 13, 940.00 if I want to have the parcel in 72 hours. When I asked about the parcel, they mentioned that the parcel would be contained foreign currency that is why the prize cannot be given by cheque. It is clear from their statements that this is totally a fake, misleading and making of fool the INDIAN citizen medium of acquired money from innocent people after trapping. " If this is a prize won in a draw, why the company has no right to pay through cheque or transfer money to the individual's account in India". So my request is that the fake company or person who are making fool the Indian citizen, be immediately be found out and necessary action should be taken against them.
