MOBILE NETWORK — termination request for my reliance no.

Dear XYZ,

My Request no. is[protected] dt. 8.11.09 and again request no. 13319764 dt. 29.7.2010. request for terminating the mobile service of relaince phone . after plenty of complaints with reliance network, it is still not terminated the mobile connection and sending me bills which is not my liability as that phone is switched off and out of my use. My no. [protected].

Request u to do needful at earliest or else i have to take further necessary steps.
