[Resolved]  Mobile Phone — Not delivered for long time

i have ordered a product from Zoomin.com, & they sent the product on wednesday from mumbai via Quantium courier service. product was received on friday in bangalore & saturday it was out for delivery.& today is tuesday but still i didn't get my product. i requested the customer cared dept to deliver ASAP as i was suppose to gift it one of my collegue, but i got a nice response from them ( you have to wait until you get it) & the customer care department is not responsive at all. once they receive our call, they made me to wait for 6 minutes to just give the status. Please do not send any parcels thru this courier....
