[Resolved]  Mobile Service — Settlement /transfer of : Sim[protected] / [protected]-Harrasment by Bharti Customer Care

Attached below is the response I received after months of mail exchange and running back and forth to Airtel office.

Trust, this is ridiculous.

I now give up. I don't want to be a customer of M/s Airtel from now and like to surrender this connection from immediate effect, whose ownership lies on M/s ITC.

I request M/s Airtel to disconnect my connection from immediate effect and as I will not be responsible for any use being made from this SIM / number.

Please disconnect from immediate effect and any further continuation will be at M/s Airtel Enterprise risk and cost.

Hi

I have submitted the documents twice along with the security deposit, while passing through the painful waiting of 2 hrs at the Airtel main office (latest documents submitted on 15th Nov.08, to customer executive Ms Maria, cell no. [protected]), but still waiting for the confirmation from Airtel team for transfer of No on my name.
Surprise, process can not become a bottle neck in providing services to customers. request for immediate attention.

What I need asap.,

1. Confirmation on mail (with some scan doc) that No is transferred on my name
2. Bills from 23 rd July 08 onwards (as my billing cycle is from 23 of every month), pl send the scan / soft copies of the same.
----As ITC is responsible for payments before 23rd July, I will pay the bills post 23rd July (without nay penalty).
