Attached below is the response I received after months of mail exchange and running back and forth to Airtel office. Trust, this is ridiculous. I now give up. I don't want to be a customer of M/s Airtel from now and like to surrender this connection from immediate effect, whose ownership lies on M/s ITC. I request M/s Airtel to disconnect my connection from immediate effect and as I will not be responsible for any use being made from this SIM / number.
