[Resolved]  Mobile Service — MNP Application to get Reliance GSM Pre-paid Mobile Connection

Hello,

This is regarding my mobile number portability application to Reliance GSA Pre-paid connection.
I applied for it on 26-May-2012 and submitted customer application form along with my documents like xerox copy of driving licence, pan card, electric for for current month. Also I filled-up one form which if for outstation customers by mentioning my room rent owner name and another local referece(I gave my colleague number).

I submitted all these at Shop No 1 Kalptaru Enclave, Near Kaka Halwai, D P Road, Aundh, Pune - 411007 on 26-May-2012.

Later I got one SMS from "RM MNP"on 29-May-2012 as "Dear Customer, we have received your request to enroll mobile no. [protected] in Reliance Network. It will be processed shortly. Reliance"

I told during application that to process my request quite urgently as this is my only number. They told me that they will process it urgently.
But after repeated calls to Reliance customer care fro MNP [protected] and +[protected], Reliance World, Aundh; my MNP request is not processed.

In the meantime, I am unable to recharge my mobile number with my current subscriber. Because once MNP is prcessed, my balance will be void with new subscriber.

To inform more, MNP application should be processed within 7 days as per TRAI regulation. And in my case already 7 days gone and my mobile number is yet to be ported in Reliance Network.

So, I want a proper justification in this regard.

Reliance GSM Service Prepaid — Customer Care not applied properly

Dear Sir

I have a prepaid Reliance connection. from last 5 hours I tried to connect Reliance Prepaid connection Costomer Care but not getting proper reply from there.
I want to activate GPRS connection on my Prpaid No.

this network is getting very horrible day by day deucting the balances for the services not used or activated.it would be better to switch over another network.

mobile service — payment done Rs.6000 but services barred

I am customer of Vodafone since 2002 ( Cellforce than hutch now vodafone)in ahmedabad gujarat. My Name is Himanshu Sampat.My mobile Number with vodafone is [protected]. my mobile bill since last 3 years was not coming to more than Rs,500 per month. I had purchased a new google phone whereby internet connection was required so i went to vodafone headoffice at panchvati circle ahmedabad and opted for unlimited internet for 12months for Rs,6000 upfront payment and made them the payment of Rs.6000

after 15 days i received the bill which was of Rs.2500 much more than my usual billing. I asked for details in their customer care number which did not come subsequently they stopped my outgoing and internet facility.i visited their store in paldi area of ahmedabad after waiting for half n hour i got my turn i asked for details of my bill regarding the amount which was unusual & questioned barring of internet facility though the payment was taken in advance for full year and still even one month was not over. customer care executive told me he cannot give me the details but he would start the internet facility in 24 hours as i had paid annual charge in advance and still 11 months were left.

However niether outgoing nor internet facility started this was in the month of august 2010. Now their collection executive came for collection in october 2010 I told them either you give me the details or else you deduct Rs.1500 ( Rs.6000 divided monthly Rs.500 per month of internet facility for aug/sep/oct) for the period where i was not able to use internet facility due to your barring of the same facility and i would pay the rest of the amount. collection executive told me vodafone is a big company and we dont have time for listening to all your complaints either you pay or your number will be given to someone else and you will loose your 8yrs old number. I requested him to resolve my matter or else i may go further with complaint to competent authority whereby he rudely told me do whatever you want.

this is the behaviour i get because i am loyal vodafone customer for 8 yrs. nobody cares in vodafone the Relationship executive who had taken my connection in vodafone has left the job. I am exploited because i want to retain my old number.

short summary of the matter is below

I took internet connection in July month by paying Rs,6000 for unlimited intenet for one year service provided by vodafone
in august outgoing was barred because bill was not paid with it internet services were barred
My argument in august in vodafone shop either you start the internet services or deduct your charges or rs.2500 or any nominal extra from Rs.6000 paid and give back the balance amt and close the account
My services are stopped my payment of Rs,6000 is not refunded my number is transfered to new subscriber though i have not been able to use internet facility and outstanding bill is less than Rs.6000

The above extract is from the mail I received from Reliance Communication.

Here are my questions to Reliance guys :
1. First of all i told several times that MNP port-in request is from BSNL pre-paid connection to Reliance GSM pre-paid. But as per the above mail they mentioned "We have confirmed with you that you do not want to process the Mobile Number Portability (From Airtel to Reliance) port in request.".
It seems that these guys are like headless chicken, running here and there. They do not know what they are doing.

Can Realiance can explain why this is so ?

2. If there was no requirment, then I would not have applied for MNP to Reliance. So, what the hell is this like "confirmed with you that you do not want to process the MNP port in request."

Can Reliance explain why so ?

3. Now, Reliance guys are asking me to submit CAF and my documents over and over again. But why ? Is it like I am applying for CVC or High Profile post in any organization.
Why you (Reliance) are asking me so ? I need explanation here.

Hope Reliance understands the pain I suffered for the last half months and still continuing.
