Removal of Mobile Tower Removal of Mobile Tower In Midst Of Residential Area at roof no. 1B, Kedar Bose Lane, Bhowanipur, Kolkata-700025, West Bengal , INDIA Sub: Removal of Mobile Tower In Midst Of Residential Area at roof of 1B, Kedar Bose Lane, Bhowanipur,Kolkata-700025, West Bengal , INDIA. We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Kedar Bose Lane, Bhowanipur,Kolkata-700025, West Bengal , INDIA, against the installation and functioning of multiple mobile phone towers installed on the said adress and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation. Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Pranab Bhattacharya and Mr Prabir Bhattacharys, residents of 11B, Kedar Bose Lane, Bhowanipur,Kolkata-700025, West Bengal , INDIA. has licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Bhowanipur, Kolkata. When residents of Bhowanipur, Kolkata came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to Mr Bhattacharya for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him report of Anandabazar patrika, Deccan Chronicle & various reports. In spite of this, the said owners, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of Zaministanpur, Musheerabad that ”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license. As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas. We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area. Reliance info-installation of cellphone tower — illegal installation of cellphone tower at residential area.
contact person Gagubha Raj, (m) [protected]the Reliance info/ Reliance communication company is going to install a cell phone tower at residential area which is total illegal and against the provisions of enviornment, public health and natural justice. The place under question is Plot No. 903/1, Sector- 4 D, Nr. G-2 Circle, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. the building is specially for residential purpose and more than 100 families living nearby are affected. Do needful immediately and oblige.

The same is happening in our residential area in Amritsar (Punjab). I would like to tell you that our city ex Mayor, Mr. subhash sharma (BJP) installed an illegal commnication tower in tehsilpura, amrtisar, and when other colony members objected and complained against him, he is threatening other colony members, and no one the police commissioner of our area and the even MP Mr. navjot singh sidhu is listening the plea to remove the tower from the colony.
it is also stated that, Mr. Subhash sharma the culprit is also running a blanket factory in the same area, but the police doesn't listen colony members.
Kindly let us know what we can do against him when no one is listing our plea.

Our house building is now being promoted/developed in Kolkata. Now my promoter has been pressurising me for installation of mobile tower on the roof, but I have refused their proposal considering various problems like health hazards, neighbours etc.
My question is - whether the promoter has right to install any mobile tower since the roof and other common area are to be used by all flat owners ?
