this is in regard to the complaint of the gas service station-mohanil gas service.
we ordered for the refill gas on 08-01-08 at4.32pm.we recevied the refilled gas on 11-01-08 at 4.45pm.when we asked the delivery man to take the weight of cylender-he said he do not have the scale and when we asked him to replace the cylender as it was to dirty and looks too much used old one--he said i dont have other one and he fled from the house without taking money and delivery cash memo #130223.which we had now.
when we tried to make comlaint to the station they were not picking up the phone-
this service station is not doing their service satisfactorily.
kindly do the need full.

I have booked for my gas cylender refilling on[protected]Consumer No.27247 and Booking No.232) with Mohanil Gas Services, IIT Gate, New Delhi. I have not received the same till date (i.e. 24-8-08), I called up on daily basis for remembering them that I have not received the cylender yet, every time they told that, it will be reach by today, but the end of the day the same story. So it is request to you kindly take necessary action to the Gas Agency.
