[Resolved]  Moser Baer — pendrive not working

i purchased a pendrive of moser baer in Oct2009, but now its not working. it cant be formated. so kindly tell from where i can replace it or repair it?

I have 4 GB. Pen drive, when double click on pen drive show message.”Insert new drive”

i have bought 26 moser baer 8.5 dl dvd's
but they are not erasing
give me some software to erase data

My parents had puchased 4gb pendrive in Bangalore on 26-Jan-2010. And the shop keeper did not give the bill. Now after 6 months pendrive is not working. Please give me suggestion what should be done further.
