[Resolved]  Motorola — Not Repairing and Asking Money

Some prob occured in the phone suddenly. The phone got swtiched off and on putting it on the phone just vibrates.It was given for repair to the authorised service centre in pune.. After keeping it for a month they returned it back saying that USB port is missing.. The fact was that the phone was not even touched from inside and they said that the mother board has to be replaced.

I also purchaed Motorola W180 from THE MOBILE STORE on 06.06.2008 in Chennai.
Hansfree is not working.. In specifications given by the Motorala are
Battery Standard battery, Li-Ion
Stand-by Up to 465 h
Talk time Up to 9 h 50 min
But my phone withstands Talk time for only 1 hour 35 minutes. (Its very very poor performance of the battery).
When I approached the Store manager of THE MOBILE STORE . He asked me to deal with Motorola only.
Why these guys are selling worst quality items in their shop?

Motorola L6i — sim card reject

iam a reliance smart customer having mobile no.[protected].in my mobile two sim card already rejected. when i am using my mobile suddenly one message display in my screen that insert sim card. then every time your office will take document and sim card price. please do the needful.

Motorola — Mobile with service centre since last 2.5 months

I am Mukesh Yadav, so called customer of Motorola.I have bought one E-6 Rocker in feb 2008.It was working in fine till 25 days of buying.It then started showing auto switch on-Off problem.I submitted my mobile to Tele-Video services Thane Mumbai.After I got mobile back, it was showing problem again within next few hours.After this I submitted my mobile five times to same service centre.Also it was promised to me that I will get new mobile after 3rd submission.Still I have got no response from company end. Also I have contacted around 30 times to customer care center of motorola for this issue.And everytime I called the number which is not Toll -free, chat gone around for 30 mins.They always told me I will get final service within next few days.But this game continiously going on since last more than two months.I have visited the service center around 20 times and each visit cost me 150 rupees and half day leave from my office

I have a Moto 230 silver handset but from monday my mobile is notswitch on so give me ur moto service centre where is give my mobile for repair .My mobile is under warrenty.Im reside at dilshad garden.
The Service centre at Ridingtone at bhubaneswar is horrible.they keep the phone for months and return it as it is without any service .The behaviour of staff is so rude it is better you should chk with surprise visit.Purchased a Motorola 6i but its battery is not working since purchase.It might burst oneday and I sure the motorola company will face the tune.i kept all the documents readdy for my support.May someone read it and do something

Motorola — None Repairing in warranty

Dear Sir,
I baught a motorola cell phone model no-L9, before one and half month back ans after 15 days phone keypaid stoped working, till then i am making round of service center.thay call me after 3 days agian 3 days, i also talked to manager mr Dhir no -[protected].about gurgaon service center.still no result.Pls do the needful.

I dont no what type of quality service we can get at other center, , ,

on 4/8/08 i went to Service center at Shivaji Nagar, firstly their was huge crowd
and no sitting arrengment was their. after standing for 2hrs i found place to seat..

I m having an Motorola cell which was blocked due change of card...i was surprised
it hapeens now a days also..."If you change your card then your cell will get blocked"...which is the replyed i got from execative..after varifying they said we dont have the board on which we can unlocked your cell...they returned me my cell whithout thouching in side the body of cell...and charged me 127Rs..

Height is they refused to give me bill regarding that...told me ''We dont have Bill book now, U can get Bill after 4-5 hrs...i[censored] wana wait u can...'''

I totally agree..Even the service center at Indiranagar, "Sagar e-technolgies" is total . I have a MOTO KRAZR (IMEI no 352501/01/127045/2) which got its display cable cut when i accidentally dropped it once. Since i was staying in Jivan Bima Nagar this was the nearest place i could got to. I gave the cell for repair on Feb 14 2008 and they said it would cost me 1000/- approx. and that it would take one week. I told them to go ahead. It was not before two weeks when they finally
replied and told me to collect the phone saying the repair was done. When i went to the servie center they informed otherwise saying the phone is yet to be repaired. Why the hell did they make me come all over there during my office
hours for nothing. Well that was not the end of it. The phone did not get repaired until 9th April 2008. And all they came up with the reason for the delay is that they could not get a proper display cable from Motorola. Well i was happy atleast then they got it repaired or so i had thought !!!

Today as we speak the display cable is again damaged and when i went to them asking for an explanation, they bull me saying its covered only uptill 1 month after the cellphone got repaired. So what are we supposed to expect here ?? Apparently those guys put a defective display cable which god knows how came longer than a month after repair and now i am again screwed minus 1150 bucks which i paid for its repair. I am going abroad in a few days and i was relying heavily on this phone. Now just for the heck of it, i need to get a new phone for my use. Well obviously i dare not give it for repair again for reasons apparent. To top it all i suggest you guys visit the Sagar service center once. You will find numerous quality certificates hanging from their walls. Just makes me wonder how they got it in the first place!!!

To make matters worse, i had purchased a MOTO RAZR V3i for my brother which is still under warranty and facing issues such as dysfunctional volume control, network problems etc.

I was a loyal customer of Nokia until the Motorola flip phones caught my attention. Now i am literally cursing that moment. Golden Advice from a guy who has got duped twice from Motorola. Stay away from MOTOROLA else be ready to face the consequences coz the experience would no doubt be horrible.

I Was Contected to Mr. AMIT RAJPUT(RM)Motorola But he not attend my Phone now I am facing Very serious Problem because my cell no. is close. I am working in HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD So I am facing official problem now Sir pls give me the right soluation otherwise I will go to consumer court for customer rights.

I Think Motorola is the Biggest Mobile Co.of the word who carried six sigma logo and i thing very Reliable co.but it' opposit condition of service center

sir, how are u, i m your customer purchase every motorola since 2003 to till now . but this time i m very upset now, because your dealer and repairing point not honestly deal with me. sir, i m purchase a brand new mobile from your dealer model is w375 his cost is 3200/- in january 2008. but this time he was not show display in good condition and damage mostly 90% . i m take this mobile in your dealer and he ask me that is my problem he is broken and he told me that put down and ask its my mistake. i m sure sir, he did not sleep in my hand and i m very carefull in mobile . this time dealer and customer repairing point did not better deal with me and he final ask me he did not change display in my mobile .he both use bad language for me. sir i m very upset now. please help me. i m gentle person doing job a reputed shoes co. so please help me and change my mobile display . this time i m without mobile because your repairing point asking he send my my mobile very soon. i m sending my my mobile for reparing in your customer care point -karnal.aprox 25-29 days this time but not reponse . please i requiest you help for this concern.

Hi am i pramod and i am drafting this complaint aganist Motorola with deep regrect . For past many years i was using nokia phone but this time i taught of exprimenting with Motorola phone which has costed me a night mare and i am still to recover out of it .

I baught moto rokr e6 dtd 28th may 2008, initially i was very happay as i was using the touch screen mobile for the first time, exactly after two month the mobile got switched off, i thought it might be out of charge and kept it on charge for several hours but the mobile never got switched on, The next day i took this mobile to the nearest authorised service center of motorola, company name SAGAR ETECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, i have never seen such a lathargic service center . On 25th july 2008 i have given my mobile for service and now is more than 1 month and i am yet to receive my mobile, the sadest part is till date i have never received a call from them updating the status of my mobile .
Now whom should we blame the mobile company or the service provide ??????????

Those day's are gone were customer was the king, now in this case i would say the mobile comany MOTOROLA is the king, authorised service center SAGAR ETECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is the queen and the customer is the slave .

Now who ever is reading this my only request to them is pls do not ever thing of buying a mototola mobile even in dreams .

My name is Satyendra Sharma and Iam writing this email to bring you the poor customer services provided by your service centre, RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad.
I have MOTO ROKR E6-TXR . I was having problem in my sim connector, as it was not able to recognise sim. I took my handset at RDC service centre and deposited there for 14 days .In mean time they didn’t inform me about the status of my mobile .And whenever I tried calling they even pick up phone .I have to visit them for enquiring about my handset.

When I receive my handset, I found its side lock was broken, memory card was not able to recognise. Because of the poor customer feedback have to move to your Head Office, MOHAN CO OPEARTIVE NEW DELHI. After 20 days I again found problem in my handset this time it was not vibrating .Again I have to visit your head office this time they didn’t even allow me to enter in your office.Secuirty told that no repair is done here now and instruct me to move to your nearest service centre. In Ghaziabad they told they don’t have vibrator and told me to deposit my handset. Just thinking of earlier consequences I haven’t deposited my cell.

I just want to ask you a simple question “Is this the services company like MOTOROLA is providing to its customers.” .I am really frustrated with your services. I wasted my lot of time in moving from Ghaziabad to New Delhi.

Motorola — Tampered Handset Motorola E6

I had bought Motorola E6 from Croma Retail, vashi, Navi mumbai on 29th march 2008,
IMEI no. [protected].I faced some problems in it, so i got it checked in the Motorola autorised service centre. But they told that the handset is tampered at the charging section so the warranty is void and i have to pay for the repair. After that i called its customer care no. as to how it can be tampered when it was opened for the first time by the service centre only. But after repeated calling i got no help form them. Then i went to croma from where i bought the handset, but that was also of no help and i was told that i have to pay Rs 6000 to get it repaired.Please look into the matter, as no person with a sound mind will open it tamper the handset on its own, when he knows the warranty is void if he opens it.
I bought a new Motorola handset from Subiksha center of Hari nagar New Delhi.
After 15 days screen LCD is got distracted ...when i went to UCOM Technologies center of Jail Road(Service center of Motorola) they are asking for money...and giving non technical answers ...BAD Customer service and BAD Knowledge about handset...

This is to request that " please give right answers to customer and don't provide warranty if you can't care of that".

I thought Customer satisfaction is one of the major task of companies but i found worst experience over there.

motorola -e6 — set has continuous failure

hello this is dinesh kumar,
I have bought Motorola E6 in 15 feb, from gurgaon.
after 2-3 month the set start creating problem & till 30 of augest i have to visit more then ten time to customer care as there is three time problem in the set, in those three time two time they has changed the Touch screen one time mother Board & i have lost all my contacts detail in that set. At last i ask them to either replace the set or refund my mony. i called up several time motorola customer care & mailed them sevral time but there is no positive response.
i was wondring that y i have bought motorola set by spending 11000 rs. just to truble me or fustrate me or to facilitate me. but bye this experince i can just say that i have bought headache for me bye paying 11000 rs.
would u please make sure that either i should get the replacement or refund .
