As per as authorised service dealer concern, I don't think they are able to understand/resolve my concern, see I have several time seen that no one has deep knowledge in this perticular Phone(motoraola Charm). Also I would intimate you that, this is 3rd time which is I am visiting your authorised service centre for my concern and phone is already they have for 2-3 days,The service Centre details is as mentioned FYI*.(Shivom Enterprises,G-16,Green Wood City,opp.Community Centre,Sector-40,Gurgaon (Haryana),Mob-[protected])* ** Hooping for best, if I am not getting proper solution from service centre end please let me know for further action.
