Dear Mr.Harsh,
Please be informed that, the said application was
already downloded by me from android market but the backup was same as
usual.

As per as authorised service dealer concern, I don't think they are able to
understand/resolve my concern, see I have several time seen that no one has
deep knowledge in this perticular Phone(motoraola Charm).

Also I would intimate you that, this is 3rd time which is I am visiting
your authorised service centre for my concern and phone is already they have
for 2-3 days,The service Centre details is as mentioned FYI*.(Shivom
Enterprises,G-16,Green Wood City,opp.Community Centre,Sector-40,Gurgaon
(Haryana),Mob-[protected])*

Hooping for best, if I am not getting proper solution from service centre
end please let me know for further action.

Mr.Harish I have an quiry about the same phone, If I am downloading
something, especially large file up to 60 Mb in phone, but phone is showing
low memory, which is my memory card have 1.83GB space.could you have any
suggetion, might be possibilty any setting or operating issue.

I already spent around 800-1000 rupees on Taxi, phone call, mails and even after one month my mobile is not replaced. Now don't want just DOA letter but i want compensation too. Either you give me my money back because I just don't want to suffer again (i[censored] replace my handset in near future) or give any other better model, like DEFY or XT720. I am frustrated. Every time i mail i get onlyt one line reply that concern person will contact me but no one contact me till now. Each time I call they give me new excuse. And today Service Center told me that my handset cannot replaced because my bill is not signed. It took Motorola one month to see that my bill is sealed or not. And I am suffering for this Mistake. I want a strong action on this case as soon as possible.
