Sir,
There is frequent sparking and heavy oil leakage in Transformer established on poll No. 11 RTN 15040 AND 15041 located at Fine Campus Banjari Kolar Road since long. I think Jumper of Y, FACE OF A B SWITCH is also loose.Complaint of the same was made from time to time. But of no use. Further it is necessary to mention that the maintenance of the transformer not carried out since establish the transformer. Resultant the Home use Electric Appliances are going to damage. Due to reasons mentioned above there may be heavy casualty take place at any time. It is therefore requested that the suitable action for permanent solution of the problem may be taken immediately before occurrence of any bigger accident.
