Hi, This SUNIL KUMAR SHAW an employee of MPHASIS AN EDS COMPANY in NOIDA (A-13 Sector- 65,Noida) was resigned from company on 1st jan 2009. I was submitted all the documents of PF form in the month of May but till now PF is not made..... so plz check it...What is the problem is going on....and inform me on my e-mail id..... I'm unable to submit PF form at Noida branch as no one response properly even the landline no. is of no use. Kindly help me out with this. Waiting for your prompt response.
