[Resolved]  Mphasis Pvt. Ltd (Now EDS) — provident Fund Refund

Hello,
My Name is Vijay Jaisinghani, I left 'MPHASIS' (BPO in PUNE ) somewhere in march 2006. I submitted PF refund form & i was told i will receive the refund in 6 months which i never received. However a year ago i changed my bank account & informed this to Mr Sampat (MPHASIS pf agent) we submitted a new form along with new bank details & again i was told i will get the refund in 6 months. After that i spoke to several people to get the update on the refund but i was never given a proper response.
With this written complaint i hope u will take appropriate action. my detais are

hello my name is PRABHU SHARMA my Emp. no. is 2079664 i have fill PF from on 15 aug.2009 and i did not received any confirmation from pf office & also my local HR
please do fast proccess for my pf as soon as credited in my A/C

Hi, I (Rehana Kaktikar) has left the company on 5th June 2007 and had submitted all the required forms and documents for the PF refund however have not received any response from the PF office bangalore or the company (Mphasis) My Employment Id is 15054 (process U-operate) and my PF acknowledgement number is KN/25075/9551.

This is Mukul Bhatia, i want to say that i had not recived my PF amount and i worked around with Mphasis 14months in Noida.Iwas working in Delhipre[aid process(Airtel 121), and before few days back i send the mail to knw abt my PF no in Helpdesk and i got the Ticket no 197588 and i got my PF no KN/25075/25423.

hi.........
i have dropped an envolope in the PF withdrawl drop box enclosing my PF documents on 11/6/11 at Mphasis (bagmane tech park).
i would like to know the status of the same.
please provide me an update as soon as possible.

hii.. i m haresh... i left mphasis an HP company in 2012... i fill the pf form to withdrawl pf amount...In pf form i fill my HDFC account number, but some problem my HDFC a/c had closed temprorary... so i want to change my Account... so plz tell the process of changing of account number... my email id is ... haresh.ashapura84849.[protected]@gmail.com... plz tell fast i m waiting...

my name is Noel Misquitta and I have reigned from Mphasis in June 2013 and my employee id is 2145005 now it is going to be nearly one year and I am calling Mphasis customer service every day nd they are telling thy dont know when the Karnataka Government will give the money but I doubt that it is Mphasis which is involved in foul play and running a scam to rip off the hard earned provident fund money of employees. Please can somebody look into this scam and expose mphasis pf scam my mobile number is [protected]
