Mpseb — Regarding poor voltage & Fluctuations

Dear Sir,
This is for the Complaint regarding huge electricity problem beard by us for the last 1 months.
As for your kind attention we would like to inform you that for the last one month we are continuously facing immense electricity problem due to low voltage, fluctuations, etc, which creates a problem for us like batteries are not fully charged, AC automatically switched OFF/ON due to fluctuations in electricity.
As bearing this problem for about a month we had made so many complains to local MPEB Department, Prem Nagar, Satna(M.P.) and they suggest us that the only solution against this problem is that you should purchase your own transfer with your own expense to avoid any above problems. But by not getting any appropriate attention by them, we had then complaint to the Jabalpur Division, where we had received the complaint No. 2950 dt. 27.04.09 and been continuously in touch with them regarding the further process in phone, but till date are still facing that problem and nobody paying attention to this. Dear Sir,
This complaint is regarding huge electricity bill of my shop situated at pannilal chowk.
our average use of electricity is maximum 60 watt, bt previous three bills are coming showing use of 550 watts.
i would be very grateful to you if you please consider my above petition. Meter is also damage and non working, now my july bill is of 6700 watts. Now u say in one month how can i use 6700 watt.
i have filed complaint regarding my meter and bill on 20/05/2009 and 18/06/2009 but till now no action has been taken.
Please look seriously and forwardly to my above petiion.

MPSEB — NON PAYMENT OF MATURITY AMOUNT

Name- Ravi Verma, Insurance Policy No.[protected]salary saving), date of maturity- 12/03/2004
amount of policy - 20, 000 (Rs. Twenty thousand), Insurance division/ Branch office - Bhopal-3
Complaint - I have not received the maturity amount and extra premium paid till date.
During his tenure in MPSEB, Mr. Ravi Verma harassed everyone. He thought of himself as a honest and intelligent man but everyone saw him as an arrogant, whimsical man who was good for nothing. In fact he helped consumers in theft of electricity. Such dishonest man deserves this. May God destroy him.

MPSEB — amount has been debited from my account but is not submitted

Hi, i was paying my electricity bill of rs. 232 using debit card of PNB.amount has been debited but it is not submitted to MPSEB due to update server error.kindly refund my amount. Transaction id:[protected] email:rini.[protected]@gmail.com
