[Resolved]  Mpseb — For Permanent Electric Connection

Respected Sir,
I Submitted a file in 2004 for permanent Electricity connection
But the officer rejected my connection application. But in the same primises my nabour take two parmanent commercial connection in 2003. I just want to know in 2003 and 2004 the permanent connection rules was changed for me?
The colony was not devloped by the colonynizer, the officer should tall to complete col. before providing permanent connection. then why the given connection to my nabour in 2003. and why should i can't get permanent connection from 2003 to till date.
what should i do for that?
plz give me any suggetion to get permanent connection.
