[Resolved] M/s. Dhurve Gas Agency, Ad-Hoc — Improper service
I am a customer (Id: DGA/ 261) of M/s. Dhurve Gas Agency (Ad-Hoc), (Code: 225390) of Indane Gas at Suyog Nagar Square, Nagpur (M.S.).
I tried to book a refill on Monday 23 Nov 09, Tuesday 24 Nov 09 and Thursday 26 Nov 09; over the contact numbers provided by the agency ([protected], [protected]). I also contacted on the numbers provuded on their bills[protected]. The agency did not pick any of these phones. on Thursday 26 Nov 09, I personally went to the agency to inquire. The people at the agency did not respond properly. Certain important points are:
1. They did not reply when I asked about not picking the telephones.
2. The agency do not have any complaint register.
3. The in-charge asked me to show proofs that i called the agency.
Further, when i informed them that i am going to put up a complaint, they challenged me to do whatever i like. Other customers agreed that they face the same difficulty but do not complain as they fear not getting a refill. So, the agency said that only i have complaints but other customers are happy with service.
earlier also i had arguments with their staff for service related problems.
Please do the needful or inform the course of action to be taken. Thank you.
