I want to know when i have not subscribed to this service since i am not interested at all, then from whose consent Airtel has deducted Rs.20 frm my a/c.
This is highly disgusting, irresponsible & unprofessional from behalf of Airtel.

I am not using Airtel text based on air tel wap but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...Thanks for using subscription text based service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10. Enjoy. http://m.igfun.com
i also complained to air tel costumer care. i am facing this problem for past seven days. plz refund the debited value.(Rs 70).

It si highly disgusting and frustrating inspite of reminding several times Airtel as not acted to the message forwarded by me earlier, it shows the unprofessional way.
Till date Airtel has deducted Rs.50/- That has to be reimbursed immeadiately on receipt of the mail.

I too keep getting a message about activating Y Zone on my airtel number. I have been calling Airtel for the past 6 months. It is charged every month and I have to call be Airtel to get the waier approved
