[Resolved] Msrtc — Wrong bus type information on MSRTC online service and charging extra. | |||
Dear Sir, Following are my online ticket details and Trip Information Trip Number : S6682 Approx. Boarding Time : 13:43 Hrs. Ticket Number : 10155148 Transaction Id : MICI[protected] Service Start Place : MUMBAI CENTRAL Service End Place : KARAD Passenger Boarding Point : KURLA NEHRU NAGAR Passenger Alighting Point : KARAD Date of Journey : 17/08/12 Departure time from Starting Place : 13:15 Hrs. Bus Service Type : SEMI LUXURY No. of Seats : 1 Total Chargeable Amount : 368.50 I paid charges for SEMI LUXURY bus Rs 368.50 but actually bus was an ORDINARY type whose fare was just 230 Rs ( If I did not booked online and purchased directly). This means MSRTC online service has wrong database and they charge according to their wrong database and passenger like me paying extra. My bus number was : MH40 N 9333.Bus conductor realized MSRTC mistake but he said that he was not able to refund. My questions are as follow 1) Can I get refund on this? 2) I really don't care of my refund but why the MSRTC is not updating their database and why passenger should pay for MSRTC mistakes ?
