MTNL Broadband — Speed too low!!!
I am very old experienced user of mtnl delhi..i hav 256 kbps combo plan..from the last 10 months i was getting usually 200 kbps average speed, ...but from the last 10 days iam getting not even 10 kbps downld speed...nd I have MT882 modem.the modem takes 15 mins to connect...I am facing this problem.i called many times to customer care but my problem not solved yet.I am very sad...plzz HELP me!!!
MTNL — Low Broadband Speed
I recently got my broadband plan changed to combo 599/- in which the downloading was promised to remain same as my earlier plan ( Rs 399, 2gb, 256kbps ).Even your weblink : ( http://mtnldelhi.in/broadband/triband_tariff.htm) promises the same.
Please be noted that the downloading speed has decreased considerably ( Avg 10kbps ), previously i used to download @ 80-100 kbps. My phone no is[protected], its in the name of Mrs Kusam Gulati, I hereby request you to look in the matter and revert at the earliest.
I am facing issue regarding slow speed since last 2 month, my telephone number is:22235763, I have the connection that has 256 kbps speed but hardly it touched 200 kbps and transfer rate is:22 kbps
my phone no[protected] for changing a plan tariff on helpdesk no -1504, i am trying to contact at 9.30 pm to 12 pm no one can answer my call & keep my phone to hold position ?? so reply at how many hours wating for your services ? reply me immediately i am submit my complaint to telecommunication dept. for complaint should be register so no one should not spend time mtnlsite register complaint no -57825

I have changed my plan from UL @599 to 2.5 GB whose downloading speed is upto 2Mbps but still i am getting the old plan speed of just 25kB/s.I have changed my plan due to slow speed but still i am getting that slow speed . I have sent many emails to [protected]@bol.net.in and helpdesk.[protected]@bol.net.in but no one is giving my any reply. So iam requesting you to upgrade my speed as per lan.

i have a internet connection of 599 combo plan, i am getting download speed 20kb/sec instead of 256kb/sec, and my link is not connected untill i put my receiver hang and dial 1504. My phone get engaged till i am using internet.
I Called to customer care, they old me your problem will be solved within 24 hours, but the problem is still have. Nobody taking it seriously.
please help me to get rid from this problem.
