[Resolved]  MTNL Broadband — Low speed and contant disconnection

i am facing a serious problem from 25.07.2009 afternoon . MTNL BROADBAND give no speed why solve this problem quikley

I am ravinder resident of dilshad colony and i am using 599 ul combo plan and my no. is 22354990. when i first use this service i get speed upto 200-225 kbs but now i am getting only 30-40 kbps. I also camplaint on 1504 about 6-7 times and there is no action taken on my complaint. sometimes my computer hanged while i am using net and i got so much problem.
So I kindly request you to please take any action on this complaint.

I have been using Mtnl for the last 1 month... I'm using the plan [protected]@599. I used to get good speed of about 100 - 110kbps. But 15 days before I'm getting very low speed of 20 - 25kbps.
I did gave a complain but no response, not even proper guidance. I have been getting a very good speed for a long time now. And now when its almost 10 times lower speed its really very irritating.
I have no idea what you people do. Please take some action. We would be very greatful.

my planis of 300 rupees monthly, but speed i got is 256kpbs only kindly upgrade the speed

I have been using Mtnl for the last 3 months... I'm using the plan [protected]@599. I used to get good speed of about 250 - 260kbps. But one weeks before I'm getting very low speed of 10 - 15kbps.
I did gave a complain but no response, not even proper guidance. I have been getting a very good speed for a long time now. And now when its almost 14 times lower speed its really very irritating.

MTNL — DEAD PHONE and LOW Speed

My phone No. is [protected], phone is dead since 5/11/2009, i am complaining again & again. but i m not getting any response. And i buy Rs.999 broadband plan. In that plan, mtnl guy said i will get 512kpbs speed, but i never get 25 to 30 kpbd maximum speed, i complain about too so may times. But like others government dept. no positive response.

Everyone enjoy rest and gossip on duty time. It’s very shameful. They are cheating with his/her duty. Beside government paying for to do that work. They are getting money without doing work.

MTNL Triband — Low Speed From 1 month And No Action

for 1st month i got a great speed of 200-300 kbps but now from past 1 month im getting a speed of 30-40kbps i have lodge complaint against it 8-10 times but they are not taking any action please help i have taken 384kbps unlimited plan for 749 rs my this month money had gone for waste because i haven't used my net for downloading much
please help

I suggest you file complaint under TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGULATIONS, 2007 with the NODAL OFFICER.

If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.

MTNL Broadband — getting very less speed

sir my phone no. is [protected]. i am having plan of 2.5gb per month with speed upto 2mbps. But i am getting just 180kbps of speed. Please increse my broadband speed as soon as possible

Hello, I have been using mtnl broadband last one month.My no is 25192063 &plan 256kbps. I have been getting very low speed for few days 142kbps according to mtnl speed check.please tackle my problem as soon as possible.

i have been using mtnl from last 2/3 months at that time speed was 200/210kbps.but now if i download a software of 356kb than the downloading speed is just 9/10 kbps and it should be 256kbps because i have TriB COMBO UNLIMITED pack
