[Resolved]  MTNL — outgoing barred

hi sir,
i m neeraj bhalla from delhi, i have a dolphin postpaid connection of mtnl. my outgoing was barred on 16th nov because of non payment of bill. on 17th nov i had submitted this payment online through credit card. i got message from my bank that your payment recieved by mtnl for rs 1135. Then i called mtnl customer care and they told me your outgoing will be unbarred after 7 days. i need to know if they recieved all payments then why it is taking 1 week to unbarred my outgoing.
