[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — internet connection slow and keeps on disconnecting

i am a mtnl user and i also use brodband connection speed is 256kbps but speed is too low 30kbps speed last 3 months and connection getting disconnect again and again plese help me

MTNL — slow speed and no connectivity

i am using mtnl trib 649 combo and i am not getting the speed as mentioned in the tariff plans.it is mentioned upto 2mbps but i am getting only upto 256kbps and many times i got no connectivity messages a .i am faving this problem for so many days and mtnl is not giving any response

Very slow internet connection Please solve my problem otherwise I'll have to buy other internet services.

MTNL unlimited connection — Worst Connectivity as well as low speed

I am resident of Delhi Cantt. My Broadband connection has never given stable performance. I ran from pillar to post , lodged various complaints (sometimes been attended and sometimes never been attended for days together as good as 15 days).
I took this connection mainly for internet connectivity and that had been main issue for its unreliability. My number is[protected]. Speaking to Area Manager as well as sometimes AGM has resloved problem but again the dis connectivity problem arises after 15 days. How many times i would visit Area Manager. PRO , MR Joshi who sits at Gopinath either donot lift his number nor does give any resolution, i fail to understand what is the use of these PRO's and huge infrastructure and so many Govt employees when they are unable to provide the services for what they are paid.
When asked, they are not give non-compliance letter also. What should i do in these circumstances when there is no other service provider in Delhi Cantt and MTNL has been responding like this.
Need a permanent resolution not temporary which only lasts few days..

my mtnl net speed are very slow. if i download any thing and open any website, website not open and show refresh option for opening it. Also the downloading speed is 15kbps in IDM and 10kbps in torrent.

my no. is 22181336 and my internet connection is very slow. my connection takes long time for opening any web site and also my downloading speed is 15kbps in IDM and 10kbps in torrent. most of tme when i open any web site, it can not open without refresh.
solve it as soon as possible.

i use unlimited plan of mtnl and my internet connection is too slow that i find it very difficult to work on internet.IT keep on disconnecting as well.
