I have purchased a new prepaid connection number ([protected]) on dated 17/08/2009.. the retailer said that i have to submit the documents for activation... i gave my id proof and the retailer said that it will be activated in couple of hours...

activation of my mobile number & worst customer care services

i have purchased a prepaid two sim card for a mobile [protected] and [protected] SIM No :[protected] and[protected]

PUK no: 75395258, 19452322

The above mentioned number has not yet been activated. when i call in ur customer care i was told i hv to submit my documents & after that aftr 24 hrs my number will be activated.. for ur kind information i had already submitted all the documents to the dealer frm where i hv purchased the card. Still my number is not activated..
When contacted ur call center.. agent Kishori at around 11:58, she was so confused & ws time & again asking the same information which i hv provided earlier on the same call... she ws lacking concentration on call... when asked her to trnsfr the line to her senior.. she refused with a very rude tone... & just disconnected the call...
when contacted again immediately... spoke to ur senior CSA.. mr. Ronald John, again he repeated the same mistake... time & again asking the same information which i hd provided to him on the same call... asked him to trnfr to his TL, , nitin... (the so called TL) was again another JERK... people like him will definitely not take dolphin any where... ppl like him handles a team... is a shocking news... god save ur co.
all ur call center agents including ur so called TL's & managers... r genuinely not interested in helping ur customer...

i purchased the number of above details on dated 28/03/2009, timed 12:30 noon... the retailer said that i have to submit the documents for activation... i gave my id proof timed 3:30 p.m. and the retailer said that it will be activated in couple of hours...
but it is not activated till yet even after a day...
i'm frustrated of this poor service of yours...
pls activate my number as soon as possible or refund my money paid...
