[Resolved]  MTNL / Landline — STD not activated

Sir, I, am a MTNL Mumbai landline owner since 25/03/09, bearing no.[protected]. I paid STD charges at the time of booking.I have been assured by MTNL, Nerul(Navi Mumbai) staff that I will get my STD facility also with the installation of the phone. But after my verbal complaint to the said staff no action has taken so far.

i need to activate my landlines Local to STD .. already submitted to form 17 july 2009 in Tirumalgiri Exchange. still now STD not activate in my landlines phone My Number [protected].
