my telephone no 28543134 installed at 110, antrkish apartment vikas puri, new delhi is not working for last 15 days. i have registered the complaint on july 9, 2010 and most probably, the complaint no is 1629.
i am really shocked to see the indifferent attitude of mtnl towards its custmors and it is not good for its future.
i hope by this mail the mtnl staff will wake up and do the needfull.

my mtnl number 26719782 is not working from 4th may 11.am.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

i registered to get a wifi connection on 23/4/12 and gave 500 registration fees. but they are refusing to give connection. i am not getting wifi connection since 2 moths after registration. plz solve this problem immidietly.(chattarpur area)
