MTNL — internet not working

Hi my number is[protected] i am getting problem as my net working some time and most of time not, even i am not able to open some of well known sites some times
i have complained number of time to costumer care but it seems that they are not interested in costumer satisfaction. More over I am waiting my internet connection but it seems that nothing going to going on right track.

It’s not only for me but for all people who are using MTNL users who don’t know how to look over the matter.

Kindly look into the situation and do the need full.

im am using the mtnl brodband and my net is disconnect after avery few minute for 5-10 minutes
i took took the speed of 256kb/s and gettin the speed of 10 to 20 kb/s and sometime it is 2kb, , , , , 3kb/s
due to this i am not able to browse google.in before 10 minutes

sir my phone nmbr is[protected]. sir me yahoo mai chat room se connect nhi ho pa rha hu.wo mujhe pass word show nhi kr rha, jisse chat room ki kisi bhiroom mai enter hote hai or sir internet bhi disconnet ho jata hai network bhi bhot bad aa rhe hai. so plz mujhe btaeye mai kya kru?

My telephone no is 22962648 and i have been paying all my bill regularly.However my internet connection is not working for the last 15 days. I have made many complaints over the phone to 1504 and the complaint nos 41100414 and 41600639. But till date no action has been taken. unnneccery I have to bear internet bills.It seems that area manager is not paying any attention to the complains. even last time i have made Complins on 17/2/09 which was attended on 5/03/09 after 18 days, about non functionning of the internet so I request you to do the needful in this connection and deductions should be made from my bills for the days internet was not functioning.

I am the customer of MTNL {Ph.[protected]} and residing in Vipin Garden Extn., Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.

My Internet is dead for last one month. I have lodged the complaint with MTNL through their website and through their complaint service 198. I got a docket number and complaint number. My docket number is 106148 at 11.41.26 hrs of 13 May'2011 & complain no. 64200334. I had talked to every concerned people/officers (Area Lineman, Area Manager, GM Janakpur, GM West) but my complaint is still unresolved and my all efforts to resolve my internet problem, gone all in vain.

I would therefore request you to PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS I AM FACING GREAT DIFFICULTY.

Sir, internet connection provided to my mtnl telephone 23011887 under 999 plan is not working since three days. when contacted at mtnl office they reply saying matter is resovled. i need the resumption of the internet connection at the earliest as i want to book some train and plane tickets for my family. pl do the needful. i will be obliged. my cell no.
