[Resolved]  MTNL Out Of Order Instrument — Replacement of faulty telephone instrument with I.D

A complaint for faulty telephone instrument and its replacement made on 18.11.2009 vide complainte No. 4090 on 197 and 5874 on 19.11.09, 1458 on 26.11.2009,4758 on 26.11.2009, 180 on 30.11.2009, 110dt. 9.12.2009 and 260 dt. 10.12.2009. Also spoke , the other day to enquiry of telephone exchange, Sector VI, Rohini. However, the faulty instrument is yet to be replaced

MY TELEPHONE NO IS 25176457, MY TELEPHONE INSTRUMENT IS FAULTY & NOT WORKING PROPERLY WE CAN NOT DIAL OR HEAR THE PHONE FROM THIS INSTRUMENT EVERYTIME CUSTOMER CARE GIVING COMPALINT NO. BUT NO SOLUTATION I HAVE BOOKED NEW INSTRUMENT & PAID BY BILLING, BUT ITS NOT WORKING.
NO ONE CAN HEAR OR SOLVED MY PROBLEM
PLEASE HELP.
