MTNL Trump — ACTIVATION TAKES MORE THAN A WEEK | |||
After I lost my mobile, I got replacement card on 20th January ([protected]) could not be activated, though all relevant formalities completed correctly even after continuous follow up with the Customer Service Centre, Mint Road, Mumbai 400001 and with the Call centre. 4 times visited the CSC and 25 times phone the call centre. I suffer a loss to the tune of Rs. 40000 in connection with the communication gap, It is serious matter and surprise to see my still unresolved problemof in the age of this fastest Communication sector. I believe to the depth that no Service provided except Trump service will lack such service who might haven not been made understood by Management the importance of time and communication. Another distressting fact is that the call centre and CSC are replyini vague, unconnect and confusing information. I am thinking of approaching Consumer Redressal Forum and making Police Complaint.
