[Resolved]  MTNL Trump Vidyarthi — GPRS NOT WORKING SATISFACTORILY

I have got Trump Vidyarthi Pre paid connection on my Mobile No. [protected] converted from 2G to 3 GTrump Vidyarthi Pre=paid Plan and using Nokia 3230 ,Since a week I am facing problem in getting connected to Internet via GPRS connection at my Locations Safdarjang Hospital and Rohini,Sec.9 In spite of making so many Requests to Customer Care No. 1503,my problem has not been rectified.It is requested that the MTNL Delhi authorities to solve the problem at the earliest.With regards,Mukesh Kumar Verma
