[Resolved]  MTS Broadband Internet Connection — COMPLAINT AGAINST MTS BROADBAND INTERNET

Sir/Mam,I am Amarendra kumar. I have taken MTS internt broadband connection on 22/11/09 no is [protected].but it is not woring in my house due to poor connectivity .I request to MTS customer care that kindly send some one to rectify this problem ,and wrote a mail to nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in on Thu, Nov 26, 2009 at 3:47 PM. then i got a mail that we will rectify this problem and i got a Complaint number NOV/9029.I got a call form Mr. Rajender mobile no [protected]. he assure that your problem will solve in 10 days but i didn't get solution.then i send 2nd mail on Wed, Dec 2, 2009 at 10:17 AM then i got call from Mr.Lalit Joshi mobile no [protected]. He assure that out network team will visit to your house then one person come to my house and chek the internet connection that its working or not and he told me that i have send the feeback to my senior but i didn't get any solution. I have made payment of 3100 rupees for this connection and monthly recharge is 799. I spoke to customer care and told him that internet is not working in my house and after one month you will disconnect this service if i will not recharge this connection then they told me that we can not do any thing. I want to lodge a complain against MTS. So please, kindly registered my complain and take proper action against MTS .Regards Amarendra kumar [protected], [protected]

MTS Broadband — connectivity issue

I have purchased a MBLAZE pre paid and broadband data card in June2011.I hardly used for 6 months also. On 31st December i have recharged the data card with Rs.1298 and the validly period was up to 30 th
Jan 2012.But the data card got connectivity issue for which the following complaints were (MTSCOMPL)made for last two months.

I have contacted the customer care centre, Delhi more than hundred times and spent huge amount to contact them through the phone number [protected]. Every time I called I waited not than 20 minutes. By doing the person working under custom care centre go through every details of the Data card and close the compliant without solving the problem. It is already two months over and by keep on calling them they have sent their senior engineer to solve the problem. But, there is no solution at all I want to return the MTS Data Card and also compensation for all my effort and heavy lose. Kindly guide me at the earliest. I have no faith in MTS any more.

I am Kanwal Sharma, i had bought the new MTS Blaze USB for internet, at first it was working fine but after a month i couldn't able to recharge it because i had to go out of India for 2 months so when i came back i recharged it with 350 rupees for 5 or 3 GB limit so i checked my emails once after that i tried connected that device it was not connecting than i called the customer care what the issue? they told me that you have used your limit how can that be possible by just checking your emails you will use 3 gb thani spoke to the supervisor in the customer service they are so rude that they told me directly they cannot help me with this i have to recharge again to use it so i stoped using that for 4 months but after 4 months i tried recharging that MTS USB they told me that that device has got disconnected for ever and i need to buy a new one alright i did purchase the new one and got activated for one day that worked good i recharged it with Rs.999 for 10 gb unlimited usage plan the next day that started working so slow that even i cannot open my gmail account and some social service sites also so what's this? Is MTS is cheating i am paying them the amount than why this is happening?

mts broadband as really a poor network & connectivity in jail road, nasik road & in nasik mts sucks the service is really poor i have complain 20 times in mts customer care still my issue as not been solved i[censored] read this pls contact me on my mail id vijayanandv.[protected]@gmail.com.. i have laptop and still i am going to cyber cafe for net surfing and to check my mails thanks to mts broadband poor service in nasik... its really shameful that i am using mts broadband pls refund my money if you cant solve my issue i will only say that mts sucks and those who are reading this comment please dont use mts products they have a poor service & also a weak network connectivity...mts suks
I do agree...MTS customer care is very poor...Even I faced a different problem in connectivity, I called CC for assistance. They said my system OS was corrupted...But I didn't have any problem with my OS. They always blame on us...So, I request everyone to think wisely before taking MTS.
I had got a call from MTS On 2nd November that are you using any connection. I told that yes I am using Tata Docomo. Then the executive said we can give you a good offer that we will take the Tata docomo dongle & with only 599 Rs as new dongle charge of MTS we will provide you the new connection & your monthly plan will be 799 in place of what you are using for Tata docomo as monthly expenditure of 850.So they came & take the money & dongle given one money receipt. From that day I am continuously following up, but till date my connection was not activated(Today is 8th Nov). One more thing they had used my Tata docomo for two days after taken from me but after complaining & stoping my Tata docomo no. it has not being used.

I believe some fraud has happen, hence don't believe on calls, I f you need internet connection go directly to designated outlet.

The MTS people numbers who has cheated me are [protected], [protected], [protected]. One People name is Saurabh.
I am having MTC connection and it is worked well, and after that
I have changed my systemp XP to LINUX operation system.
I loaded in MTC in LINUX system ICON came, but no menu comming for connect
and Our linux vertion may be 5.
Hence, I have not renew the same

The modem (or other connecting device ) is already in use or is not configured properly." then internet is not connected . then i have to restart the computer, then the internet is on for maximum 5 minutes.
I am getting the same issue in my desktop but in my office laptop. i am frustrated why its happening with MTS blaze.

please let me know the solution as every 5 minutes it gets disconnected and get the the above message in my desktop

My name is shivananda, last few months am using (1298 pack) First 15 days working 140kbps speed, after that the speed went down (15 kbps maximum), then i tried many times contacting customer care and after many trials and wasting many hours they finally picked my phone and i asked them why i am getting low speed. They said, upto 20 Gb speed is 3.1 Mbps, after that you will get 15 kbps. I told them that i even haven't used 20 gb. And I can show them my usage in MTS's own application that comes pre installed in MTS premium usb card. But they kept saying that there server shows that my usage has exceeded 20 gb limit. Please help MTS is cheating its customers and charging heavily... my mts data card no -[protected] and my mobile no [protected]. they are not giving speed 3.1mbps, and suffring speed is 10kbps .
MTS...is winding up company...I started MTS blaze before 6 months, unlimited 798/- pack..for the first 3 months the speed was good minimum 2.1 sometimes, 2.6 Mbps, though claimed 3.1 Mbps...now for the past 3 months, from the time in January, 2013, as per Supreme court's court order, they have to close down, they are living in grace period...their operations in many states closed...In Tamilnadu, it is skeletal...for the past 3 months, I am facing so many problems, which is never attended..even today, after recharge for 3.1Mbps speed, I am getting 0.37 mbps speed..I got the news from the recharge shop, better throw away this dongle by April 17, 2013, their final closure & go for other services like Airtel... It is lesson, why we must not go for unrecognised, small companies like MTS...

So, please now itself plan for new companies servcies...Go to hell MTS...don't show your face again

Sir/Mam, I am Ramamurthy. I have taken MTS internt broadband connection on Aug'13 no is [protected].but it is not working in my house due to poor connectivity .I request to MTS customer care that kindly send some one to rectify this problem They assure that your problem will solve in one or two days but i didn't get solution. When I checked today they said very clearly its not work at your area (we are not able to give connection). So, I don't know how to resolve it please take necessary action on my complaint Number NOV/2688
