[Resolved]  Mts — Call from ranveer vats to pay MTS Bill 1000/-

Today i have received call from Mr. Sumit Mishra he is from the office of Adv. ranveer vats. they aske me to send the cheque of Rs, 1000/- without proper details of the bill. Please suggest. i have already made complaint MTC CC about fals bill arround 12 months back. n today suddenly got call for legal notice ,, what to do?

The same I got from Ranvir Vats but I am in mood to fight with them legally. The service was terrible, even I could not send the email by using that card. I asked number of time to executive to solve this problem. All the time he used to tell me, "Sir We will look in to matter" and used to diny for giving me complaint because of servers are down and used to tell me call after some time for complaint number.

Finally they gave me complaint number after long period but no solutions. I called them about my problem, executive told me with due respect, " Sir We have looked in to matter" there is no problem from our side, I told but I am not getting the service which you commited the n he replied sir it is now your problem, what will you do.
I told him I will not pay the bill if my problem will not be solved and I did not pay it, because there was no meaning to pay it.
After that they called me number of time and one "so called SHO" of delhi police also called me now they sent me legal notice but I am not going the bill because I have suffered a lot because that MTS data card.
One day I was in need to send photo to my office executive for applying the VISA for dubai but I could not send it, so I called my friend, asked him to download a photo from FB and then send that to executive.
IN 2011-12 I was worked with MTS distributor BANDHAN ( A DIV OF PINCON - CLOSED ON 2012 - KOLKATA )

I worked as DISTRIBUTOR SIDE MIS and network engineer.
as know this company better.
This company at that time was so called super service.

after some TM ZTM resigned, mts services are working like server breakdown.
i was worked under two tm and one zdm and one ztm.

after 2012 bandhan running in big amount of loss.
4 packs(36*2)(26*2) = Data Card ( that time the wifi dongle not comming)
premium and non premium type.
8 packs of mobiles ( 36*8) = each mobiles priced 845.
rs. 3 lac of easy rc.
rs. 56k of rcv.
and minimum 38

shop owner are defused to buy them cause mts fraudly working.
clients are facing connection error / network error / server down.
that time bandhan faced 22 legal cases and claims due to mts issue.

now my issue.

my plan details:

i have a dongle with wifi supported.
my plan > 5gb day + 5 gb night limited costing Rs. 620 ( incl. all taxes ).
mts fos (sales) promised me speed 7.2 mbps - 12 mbps.
* i can not get extra balance to use, have to wait for next month.

faced issue :

1 ) first month i didnt get actual 7.2 mbps. not the minimum of 2 mbps.
if i try to download 45 mb so, the time will b 50 minutes.
i have to pay 620. because, my plan.!

2) 2nd month if i use in night so, the balance cut from my day balance.

3) 3rd - 4th - 5th month without using datacard mts billed me 1142 ?!

any complain

from my end 4-6 complains i done. every time ask for complain no. the customer exe. says due to server down wait for some time you will get a sms contain with complain no. i have the complain no.

1640175 :> for stop for forever to the connection of dongle [protected] after payment of 1142.

now my question is

1) if i had a limited connection of amount of Rs. 620.
so, how the billed amt is 1142 ?

2 ) i faced every time server issue why am i pay for?

3 ) after my last requested for stop the connection( with the request no. ) why you guys continue my connection with out my permit. how the bills was generated after my complain & request.

4 ) all advocates are working for mts ? where mts creates illegal jobs.

5 ) using fraud websites / email addresses for advocates

Hi All, I think this people are unnecessary troubling customers, 1st they don't give proper service and then they are troubling with this threatening. I believe we should raise our voice in consumer forum against them and ask for a compensation for troubling us.. Incase anyone intereseted to be part of this do share your details I will reach you and we can take the matter ahead

I also got similar mail.

My case - Agent asked me 3 month advance money to give free wifi dogal/device. I paid. After few time service too bad, and after month end i got bill to pay. I informed that already paid 3 months advance.
Device not working, i switched to other network.. Now receiving legal notice. What to do. please suggest.

MTS AGAIN MAIL ME

" inform you that SSTL has launched an “Amnesty scheme” for subscribers who have defaulted in payment of their dues towards usage .Under the amnesty scheme, the SSTL is waiving off 70% of the outstanding dues recoverable from you and you would be required to make payment of INR 253 towards 30% of the outstanding dues as on. and same shall be in full and final settlement of all accrued dues towards your account with SSTL. The amnesty scheme is open for the period from 5/5/2017 to 5/31/2017 ."

A FRAUD TELECOM COMPANY LAUNCHED A FRAUD SERVICE & NAMED IT AS “Amnesty scheme”

THEY GIVE ME an opportunity to avail the scheme and clear your account by just paying 30% of the total outstanding, i.e. Rs.253, within seven days of the receipt of this letter.

Why should i pay that money. i didnt get my service.
