[Resolved]  MTS / MBlaze — bad quality service, harassment, customer care nonresponsive, abuse faced by mts executive

sir,
i'm using MTS MBLAZE no. [protected] since October,2011 from Siliguri, also a regular user of subscribing INR 999 in prepaid plan. The first couple of months the service was pretty good. But since Feb, 2012 the internet service speed started degrading. That time I overlooked that matter as the provided service is still convincing for me to complete my work. Still i tried reaching the costumer service helpline. To be honest with you MTS customer care service really sucks. worst of its kind. But from April,2012 the service/internet speed which is supposed to be 3.1 mbps has come down to its worse. The customer care executive don't bother about anything, all they do is repeat the same lines of dialog they are provided with. They even refuse to take complaint. After this kind of attitude i shut down the service for around a month & then again having no other option again recharged with INR 999. that month the service is quite satisfactory, but after that again the same problem. I tried contacting the local store in Kolkata, & they behave like they are from an another planet. finally i was convincing enough in the customer care to take my complain docked no C[protected] which they promised to resolve within 4-09-12 by 16:00:00. but instead of solving my problem some lady contact no [protected] on behalf of the concerned company called me on 4th September, stating that my problem will be resolve if i change my plan into a post paid connection. At that time she was convincing enough to secure my contact address & to transfer some executive into my place to collect the document's required & told me that some executive will contact me soon. So today when the executive called me from contacted no [protected] is going to come to my place & asking to confirm my address, i replied that i don't want to change my plan to postpaid. he abused me on call. & it didn't stop on that that Lady from MTS office again called me & started abusing me.
I'm not going to tolerate this kind of attitude any further, I'm now completely sure not to use any service from MTS again.
I have only one question is this how you treat your customer sir. Is this what your customer expect from your so called company. You have continuously failed to provide the service you are bound to. still your executives show this kind of attitude.
that will be all.
