Mts — MTS MAKING FOOL TO ALL CUSTOMER, GIVING VERY LOW SPEED (40KBPS) ON 3.1 MBPS DATA PLAN.

I have purchase on MTS Postpaid data card, When i purchased the executive told me you will get 5 GB with 3.1 Mbps speed after that 256Kbps unlimited. I have given 2 month advanced rental for that.Bur when i was used its giving only 40 Kbps download speed and only till 3GB data and after that 65 kbps unlimited its very big joke by MTS.
Whats the mean o[censored]nlimited plan if site will not able to open.
and no proper support provided.

MTS — not getting printed as per scheme

i purchased a pospaid data card of mts with a canon printer plan according to which i have to get a printer.i paid 3000/- for it .
date of purchase = 20/04/2012
name of dealer and address = r friends communication, A-35/113 gulab bagh,metro pillar no. - 743,near nawada metro station
