Since May 2009 I am trying to get my PF withdrawal from the Ex employer & PF
Office But regret to quote the neither I have received my money nor any positive
reply from Pf office.Although I have receiving from Team lease service my old employer. They have submited my PF Claim in RPF department since 24 jul 2009.
Once again I am giving the details for your perusal request your help in getting my

Dear Sir,
My self Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Purshotam Singh belonging from himachal Pradesh and my EPF No. is DL[protected].I had been work in Koldam Hydroelectric Power Project, Sundernager since 16 June 2004 upto 07 May 2007.I had been given Resign on Date 07 May 2007 from this company.After given Resign i had been filled the withdrawal forms on date 25 may 2007 but my withdrawal had not been done in between three month.After that i conform from my company administration and they replied to me that we have been submited your withdrawal forms but Delhi E.P.F Office has not done anything.And they advise to me to submite another form i had been resubmit my form two time more(1st on 27 Sep.2007 And 2nd on April 2008) for the withdrawal of my E.P.F in spite of tree time submission my E.P.F has not been transfer to my account.This is my right to know about my e.p.f status.Till date no action have been taken so far. So this is my humble request to you please look upto the matter and help me to solve my problem.

Even after 1.5 year and more Time, Still I haven not get my P.F withdrawl Ammount, even after submitting my P.F withdrawl Form No. 10 C & Form-13.
Actually I hard that, there is the Account Transfering Process from SURAT to RAJKOT Region. But I found that there is no any effective Solution from Your End. and I don't like this type of matter.
It should be cleared from SURAT office where it was opened Originally at that office, no any other mode is fare.
So, do the solution as soon as Possible,

Office But regret to quote the neither I have received my money nor any positive

A) I was working with Amforge Industries Ltd Chinchwad Pune 411019, from Sept 2006 to
July 2008 & I left this company on 26th July 2008.Further I submitted my PF
Withdrawal form to Nigadi(Pune) office on 13th January 2009,
It was noticed that company has not filled up the details of PF contributionn in my
withdrawal form (Details of 3A/7 for 2008/2009 giving the details of my
contribution, ) Accordingly PF office Nidgi has asked employer ( Amforge Inds Ltd) to
submit 3A. Accordingly new withdrawal form was again submitted to company on 7th May
2009 through personal manager Mr. Karote for resubmission of the from with the
desired details in 3A.
Till the date the concerned authority ( Mr. Karote) has neither submitted the
requisit form to PF authority. nor he is giving any responce to the follow up
calles.& which has resulted the non receipt of my PF money.
Under such circumtances, please advice me the course of action for getting my PF
withdrawl for the office. Further it is under stood that annual return giving the PF
account of all members which was due on 30th April 2009 is also not submitted by the
company, then in such case, whether PF dept can take any action in this regards &
settle the pending issues.

my self Yashavantha i am applied my pf as 2 years back, , i did not get the claim till now, i am worked in Reliance H R Services ... can u pls tell me the details of my pf status ... when i searched in to net i got one web site called ; epfindia.com in this when i checked my status its showing .. your claim is not received to this company, , , , when i call back to my company they are telling me we already Submitted my application & then rejected my application & they telling again we hav to send my PF application ... pls tell me where the problem will persists... my PF account no-MH/118056/6691.
