rather than a complaint request you to kindly treat this as seekin for an help.

I Navin Rajan residing at Hamid House, Room No 3 , 1st Floor, Hall Road, Next to Rehamaniya Masjid ,
Kurla (W) Mumbai - 70
Our bldg consists of Gr + 3 floors. Tenants staying at 1st floor is facing water problems whereas 3rd floor & 2nd floor tenants hv a seperate water connection.We dont hv a seperate water tanks like the other buildings. BMC water flows straight to our houses.
Recently we hv noticed that there is no force in the water due to which we are unable to fill our personal water tanks fitted in our house. This can be due to the dirt in the pipe line which need to be changed or cleaned, since its been nearly more than 3 decades.

Request BMC officicals to kindly look into the matter and send their personel (plumer) to our building for assistance.
Would appreciate your help at the earliest.

Subject: House Built Illegally and Illegal usage Of water By Sebastian Mendonca.


Respected Sir,

I would like to inform you that one is illegally built by Sebastian Mendonca on Room No.1, Woolen Mill Lane Road, Next to UK Opticals, Behind Loop Gallery, Dadar – 18.

There are no papers of the house and Sebastian Mendoca without BMC permission is building the house from inside.

This thing is happening from the last 3 days. So it would be a sincere request to the BMC to please look into the matter and destroy the house.

We have to drain at least Four to Five bucket of water before storing the water

Sub :- No water supply time to time,

Dear Sir/Madam..

This is to inform you that we are too much facing of water supply issue, water supply sometimes at 11 or 12 pm & 2.30 or 4.30 am in the night for only 1 hours. from Last three to four month we are facing this issues continuously going on.

I will request you to please check our water line connection or any other issues of water supply in our chawl.

Also our nearest chawl back side time to time water supply is going on but they will not help us.

Kindly look into this mater and do the needful at the earliest.
