[Resolved]  Mumbai Taxi Driver — Driver abusive - MH 03 F 6226

On last Monday (30th May) early morning at around 4.30 A.M , I boarded a pre-paid Taxi (MH03F 6226) from Mumbai International Airport with my wife & son.
Right from the start the driver was v v rude , refused to tie up our luggage in the boot or overhead carrier.
Then he went on to ask where we are originally from --- and on being told we are from Kolkata , he became violently abusive and started using foulest of languages to me & my wife , saying the vilest thing about bengalis -- that also without the slightest provocation from us.
On enquiring we learnt that he was from UP.

Such racial attitude among cab / auto drivers bring a v v bad name to Mumbai.
He repeatedly misbehaved also with my wife at the time of dropping us at our residence in Malad(W).

I was in half a mind to drag him to the nearest Police Station then & there but since it was late in night & we were extremely tired after a long journey , we let it go.
So now I want make formal complaint against him to bring such an outrageous driver to book.
He was probably under influence of alcohol or DRUGS kept on shouting outside our gate for along time.
