[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Faridabad — Illegal Construction, Encroachment and Illegal Parking on Roads near House Number 1294, 1295, 1296 | |||
To, The Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Faridabad. Subject: Complaint of encroachment of Homes on road and Car Parking on Road at Sector-18 Faridabad.Near House no. (1295,1296). Respected Sir, We would like to bring to your notice that the near residence of 1295,1296,1294 of Sector-18, Old Faridabad, people have increased there Home Boundaries almost on corner of roads thereby illegally encroaching there Home Boundaries. Moreover, since most of the people in our lane have 2 to 3 floor homes and they lease out their first and second floor on rent. Most of the Landlords and Tenant owns a car and they park their cars in the middle of the road which has led to the shortening of the space available for public movements. Now there is a new trend which has been started. Ours is a Housing Board Colony, a sector which was built by HUDA and individual homes given to Landlords. The area of the properties are 80-90 Gajj. On these property, now Builder take the complete home from the Landlord and construct 3 floors from the Landlords. In return these Builder do not charge anything from the Landlord and take owns one floor from the Landlord. As soon as the construction is complete, they sell that floor to any of their Client and do not provide any registry papers. My concern is constructing 3 floors on a small property I think is not legal and this should be stopped by Municipal Corporation of Faridabad which has not been noticing anything since long time. Would like to request to kindly look into this matter seriously and kindly take strict actions at your earliest possible. Would like to request you to demolish the illegal construction which has been done in the Sector 18 else situation will become from Bad to Worse and people will keep on fighting with each other on Parking issues due to non availability of space. illegal and longtime parking — illegal and long term parking
dear sir ,there is a lot of illegal improper and prolonged parking of two wheelers at gopal krishna ghokhale road opposite sham bhuvan near railway station mulund east mumbai 400051
the owners of the two wheelers also threaten us if we say them not to park for a long time and improperly.
it causes a lot of problem since there are cars and busses coming as it is opposite the railway station.
also there are a lot of road side hawkers even though it is a no hawking zone.
please help us people and if possible forward my complaint to the respective department.
