[Resolved]  Mutual Fund — NOT RECIVING REDUMTION CHAQUE

I have been purchased kotaktwin advantage fud series -3 online. after termination of same plan
I have been received a instrument no. 431725 of Rs.5867.95 dated26-09-09 through ICICI WEB TRADE LTD (mf cell)
the instrument was issued on acc. No.[protected]. Which is closed.
after contacting with c.c.they told me that to surrender the instrument with application stating
new acc. No.[protected] which is related with demat acc. No.43687160.The application along
with instrument was sent on dated 15-10-09 by speed post reciept no. EM[protected] IN on address
ICICI WEB TRADE LTD (mf cell) ,corporate office , plot no. D-507,T.T.C. ind. Area MIDC ,TURBHE ,NAVI MUMBAI.
YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION that either the new instrument with new account no.
is send or it is credited by ecs .it is for your kind information and necessary action.
