[Resolved]  Mv Enterprises Avadi (Indane Gas Agency) — Poor and irregular performance

MV Enterprises, Indane Gas Agent — Gas Leakage - Not seen - So far

I am an Indane Gas customer with MV Enterprises, Avadi, chennai and my consumer number is 39012. For past 4 days, Gas has been leaked in my home. I have made complaint to that agent directly. They also booked my complaint. But they didnt come and see. Second day my brother went and remember that complaint. And myself also made a call to that particular person (who that a mechanic). But there is no responsible from them. Finally i have solved the problem through the "PRIVATE MECHANIC" . Please take a necessary action

Please take a necessary action, Otherwise please change my indane gas agency near to avadi.

Indane Gas Agency - Irresponsible Agency — delay in delivering cylinder

I booked a cylinder on 15.052010 at MV Enterprises Avadi. Till today 03.06.2010 yet to receive the cylinder. Even-though i booked a cylinder once in 45 days. many times i went directly regarding this. Officials there are not responsible enough. They won't pick up the phone too. I even registered a complaint against Gas Leakage in my house too. So far there is no response from them. I think of changing the Agency.

kindly take the necessary action against MV Enterprises and do the best.

My customer No is 38227.Prasanna.P. M.V enterprises does not respond to the calls. Everytime a cylinder is booked, we struggle to get the delivery. It takes 20 to 30 days for delivery.I myself made several complaints .but still no response.Sir what is the use of the customer cell, is it active or not. I booked a cylinder on 5th july but till date i have not received the cylinder, there is no use in speaking to the office executives.
We could'nt get the proprietor cell number to complain. Is indane bothered about this or not.What legal action is taken against these people. Is customers greviances given importance.The deliveryman does not give bill also.What should i do to take a legal action against MV enterprises.Avadi.
