[Resolved] Myntra.com — return order refund

i have returned one order on myntra.return order no is 208042. they received this order on 15dec 2012. but they are not refunding my money.
i have send this parcel via first flight courier . and courier bill no is- mm0314003
and i also end them proof of delivery but they are saying they havent got the parcel
i am attaching proof of delivery of courier.

please take some action on myntra.com i want refund.

FAIRY ABEY's response THE FOOTWEAR THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED TO US IS NOT SUITING OUR SIZE. IT'S TOO SMALL TO OUR FOOT.SO I REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE RECEIVE IT BACK.

If I able to go outside I can buy this item from any shop which is near my house, isn't it? Myntra.com — Estd. 1977 Men Coffee Brown Leather Sandals color fade

I bought ESTD1977 brand flip flops from MYNTRA and in 2 days the color has fade out. ESTD1977 is a reputed brand and is hand made leather. highly unsatisfied with the product as in 2 days the look of the product changes as an old one.
