[Resolved] Myway Ip Tv Service From BSNL — Totally unreliable company cheating the public - BSNL should take action
I have taken your IPTV service on a 3 month trial period in July 2009. At the time of taking the service I was told that all the south indian channels will be available with in a month.
Even after 3 months all the required channels are available and hence I have asked by email and by phone to customer care in Oct 2009 to cancel my account and refund my refundable deposit of Rs.1500/- Till now they have not responded.
Any number of emails or phone calls are not responded. I have taken the connection only on the faith of BSNL but now we have landed in trouble. BSNL should act on this and save its subcribers.
