[Resolved]  N73 — Job Sheet Number[protected]/090918/79 at Service Centre

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my nokia N73 at Nokia Customer Care Service Centre(Today Telecom, Mumbai) due to USB Connection problem on 18 Sept 2009 and its Target Delivery date was 07 Oct 2009, But that problem still not sort out, This isssue is still pending with Customer Care. Please help me out in this matter.

N73 — unsatisfied product and service

Dear sir/ madam

It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by some employee of your Nokia Care Centre as well as the shop from where I purchased mobile phone.
My name is Prabhat; at 8/4/2007 I purchased a mobile to gifted my sister “Jyoti”. It worked well till 30th October 2007, but suddenly it shows low battery backup. It works hardly 7 to 8 hours in stand by mode when it is fully charge, and before that it gives 2.5 to 3 days backup.
I went firstly to the shop from where I purchased the mobile phone with my problem. The guy who is standing there he give me to rescue less option. First I have to buy a new battery cost of 1500/- and second go to the Nokia care center. I choose second option.
In Nokia care centre they kept my mobile phone for three days, because they want to check that is problem is generating from mobile or from battery. They deleted my sister all important data as well as she loose her connectivity from her friends and family member three days and third day they delivered my mobile phone with the assurance that they had rectified my battery problem. I came back home and fully charged my mobile and kept aside and next morning I saw my mobile is off cause of low battery backup.
In spite of my repeated oral complaints and your Nokia care center oral assurances no concrete action has been taken yet to solve this problem. I can hardly believe that a Nokia company which is reputed for its efficiency should be taking so much time in doing the needful.
I am belonging from a reputed family as well as reputed and civilized society. We are 5 member in our family in 3 person is carrying mobile phone and all from the Nokia because the first mobile phone was given the satisfaction for the second phone. But now from right onwards I will hardly buy any Nokia products. I will make a propaganda about my unsatisfactory story at least 20 person or more.
I am little hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige.
I am sending you details of my mobile phone, shop and Nokia care centre.
