To The Senior Manager (Customer Care) Sir, Re: - Replacement of Nokia N73-M set Colour black IMEI[protected] My name is sourabh anand I am one of your customer but I am not happy with your services. I bought nokia N73-M 23 March2008 and IMEI no [protected]. I am not happy with your company product because a lot of problem in this mobile Hanging problem joystick problem+handsfree connector problem+ camera etc And I have submitted thrice this mobile in you NEW SHREE NATH JI Nehru Place karnal haryana 1st time I submitted in 31july under job sheet no=[protected] they give me back my phone on 14 aug2008 after some time my cell creating this problem agin but the manarer ask me i cannot accpted ur on before19 aug 2008 Now I can not accept my mobile phone because there is a lot of problem I want to change my mobile phone I told my problem you’re this center manager phone no is [protected]working as a center manager NEW SHREE NATH JI SALES NEHRU PLACE KARNAL HARYANAHe is not giving me any response he told me I would be replaced your mobile phone but now he is saying I can’t do any thing I told him I can not accept my mobile phone because my mobile phone is not proper working there is a lot of problem. Mr. told me it’s not possible could you tell me why if I purchased nokia mobile I did a crime. If you can not provide me good facilities why have you opened a lot of nokia service centre? He is not a responsible person doesn’t know What is the mean of customer’s service and customer’s satisfaction? I realized that I did a crime because I have bought nokia mobile phone I am saying you with my folded hand please replace my mobile phone this is my humble request and give me a response waiting for your response.
