n/a — illegal construction

This is to bring to your kind attention that the resident of first floor (Mr. Waryam singh) of WZ-6B/1, Sant Garh, St.No.20, New Delhi-18 has illegaly extended his land by another 7 feet on the street, which is totally against building bye-laws. This extention has changed the map of whole street. Whereas width of the street in papers were 30 ft, however at present it doesn't seems to be more than 16 feets. Though other people have also extended their boundaries but they are ready to demolish the same except Mr. Waryam Singh as he constructed the stairs by covering the street by more than 6 feets
Also he has removed the electric pole from its original location to 2 feet on the street with the help of bribe.
So i request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible.

We recently purchased a shop at at Gala no.1, Trimurti Nagar Chawl, behind Ostwal Nagari, Vijay Nagar, Nallasopara (E), 401209 on date 24th Day of August 2007 & and we gave this shop to Mr. Ajaykumar Shivchand Garg(Builder) to keep his construction material in October 2007 on a Monthly rent of Rs.2000/- as he promised to give the shop of the bigger area or more at the same place however we never received any rent i.e. not even for a single month & we had patient that we may get the bigger shop however now as it is half way completion, we have realised that the construction is illegal & we request to take action against it & be obliged. Looking towards your co-operation.

I have had a Salary Account with HDFC bank, Ahura Branch, Mumbai. My company had an query with the Salary credit of this May08. On company's request the HDFC bank has sent my account statement details from May08 to till date to the accountant.

On personal visit to HDFC they claim that being a Salary A/c they can provide account information of any account holder of that company employees' on request. And the bank claim, it does not require account holder's approval to share my account details and it is in their Code.

Can a bank reveal the details of an Salary a/c holder to account holder's company?

Sir,
On 28th April 2009 at 9.25 am I happend to escort a senior citizen patient to purchase a railway ticket for him to travel from Nilambur To Angadippuram Station. While parking my car one unauthorized person compulsary collected Rs 5 as parking charge from me.I asked for a cash receipt for the above. He refused to issue a receipt. I lodged a complaint to station master regarding this .He stated that he has authorized this person to collect the money .Then I asked why he is not issueing any receipt for it, he told me there is no recipt for it. I suspect this an illegal way of collecting money from people.I would like to intimate you regarding this practice. I would like to know whether you are aware of this fact. Please send me a reply stating whether this is a legal activity going on with knowledge of railway authorites.

Dear Sir,
On 09.08.2009 My A/c. Balance was Rs.17508.

I wanted to withdraw Rs.8000/- from SBI ATM (Sector-12 Near Noida Stadium, Noida - U.P. - 201301) on 10.08.2009 but there was some problem with the ATM and I got Message "Unable to Process".

Then I went to PNB ATM (Sector-11, Near Mother Dairy, Noida). There, I wanted to withdraw Rs.8000/- but got message that "Transaction Declined".

On 11.08.2009, I went same PNB ATM and withdraw Rs.8000/- and my A/c. Balance show Rs.1508/- Only. in place of Rs.9508/-

Mini Statement Show that Rs.8000/- withdraw from ATM on 10.08.2009 but on 10.08.2009 my all transaction was Declined / not completed.

So, Please correct my A/c. Balance.
