[Resolved] Naaptol / 16gb Spy Pen — Delivery of Defective Product (Spy Pen 16GB) | |||
I have made online order No.760891 Dt.14.09.2010 with NAAPTOL for spy pen 16GB. The vendor is M/s Aditya Infoteck Haridas Market, Bank Street, Koti, Hyderabad-500095. Challan No. 4555501.Courier Co.handed over the delivery of goods after taken the Rs.1750/- on 24.09.2010. I Checked the spy pen, and found that it was not working. I immidiate called to customer care No. [protected] and complained of goods. He sugested me in a formal way that I can returned this piece through Blue Dart Courier without spending any amount. I went at aforesaid Courier Co., but they have totally refused. I, again contact to consumer care ([protected]) and after all they backed in hole, and not giving proper response to consumer. i had order same product at 22.11.2010 by online card payment order no. 1013646 via challan no. 6050520
after 10 days i got product but same prob.
its not working, same i called customer care, the same process taken by me,
after approx 15 days at 18.12.10 i got product again, but product is not working still
i called customer care, again they advice to send it back for replacement
and my surprise gift is surprise for me still...
i made below complaint

390325 Dated 09.12.10 Again 22.12.10 same no.
i asked number of M/s Aditya Infoteck Haridas Market, Bank Street, Koti, Hyderabad-500095. for advice becoz customer care executive does not knowledge about spy pen, so they cant advice us properly
but they refuse for the same
this is the my first experience with Naaptol

I have also BAD experience with this product. The product purchased by me in January 2011 Order No. 1213702. Within 15 days the On-off button was not functioning. Hence I lodged complaint, in response to which I was advised to return the product to Vendor. Accordingly I returned it, and after one month I received replacement of the product BUT WITH SAME DEFECT i.e. on-off button was not functioning. Action should be taken against such vendors for not giving the quality product as per their advertisement.

NAPTOL is deceiving general public by selling defective products and not responding to the complaints after sales. Legal action should be taken against the Company for giving false advertisements and selling defective products. I had also similar experience.
