[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — fraud by naptol .com

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER IN NAPTOL.COM FOR 5 IN 1 AIR SOFA BED AND ALSO GOT DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT BUT THAT WAS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND HAS LEAKAGE FROM DAY ONE, REGARDING THIS I AM COMPLAINING FROM LAST 25 DAYS BUT ALL IN VAIN, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AND ALWAYS SAYING THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BUT I HAVE NOT GOT A SINGLE CALL FROM THERE SIDE, I AM VERY TENSED AND WORRIED BECAUSE MY RS.4OOO/- HAS WASTED PLUS CALL CHARGES ON DAILY BASIS, PLEASE HELP ME TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM.

The executives sitting in naaptol either not lift the phone in enquiry or not in a position to give the proper reply.I have booked an order24666 on 9th july and follw up is useless.

Poor service at naptol. wrong assurance that they deliver within 07 working days. I placed orders for three separate products. Did not get any even after 10 days.Contacted their call centre who promised to call back within an hour but no call came till now. Lodged complain on their website in feed back section. Finally got one product on 24th July.Got a mail intimating that they have cancelled one of my orders(which order-they have not bothered to intimate) due to delivery problems and that they shall reinmburse the amount in 04 working days.Poor service Not recommended for future .
I had placed an order for one 8 gb memory spy camera pen recorder which was confirmed on my cell by a sms message from your end on 29/7. the order number as mentioned in the sms was 26681.
it was supposed to be home delivery against cash payment.

my address as given and pin code of my address is with you. it is at chittorgarh 312001.

I have received a telephonic message from your courrier asking me to come to Udaipur which is 125 kms away and make the payment and take delivery.

your comments please.

They are also asking for more amount than what was mentioned in the ad and given to me by you at the time of placing the order. Please do send us a copy of the invoice to us so that we know as to what is the actual amount to be paid to the courrier.

I must say that naptol.com do not have the correct email ID through which they can be contacted for help or to cancel the order or to revise the order. With out the confirmation of customers id. they just book the order and thereby forcefull payment. This is not at all tollerable. Unless the naptol.com provides me their confirmed mail ID, I withdraw my membership.
1.Yesterday ive also booked a camera Olympus FE 25 but i shall be paying cash on delievery .in remarks ive defined my terms too i.e company sealed, once checked than only shall be accepted .if the delievery and products have any problem at least one can refuse acceptance

2. ask for bill .this way one can take the supplier at least to theconsumer court

I have not got the delivery of the T-Shirt is have ordered as i was informed that it will be delivered at your door step in 10 days and payment on delivery(cash on delivery). But not received yet, as i ordered on 7/8/2009 with order number[protected]. Just inform me if it is not delivered.

I have ordered a product (Order No. 33612) "Spy Pen + Pen Drive + Voice Recorder" to naptol.com and recived the product in third week of August 2009. I have been debited the amount Rs. 1490 from my credit card, while placing the order. The same amount has again been charged by the courier giving me delivery of the product, since naptol.com have marked over the packet " Collect Cash on Delivery". I have taken the receipt of the same from the delivery man. In a nut shell, the payment has been made twice for the same product. After several complaints/request for refund of excess amount, they are not refunding the excess amount. Really bad experience.

I had applied for a e-phone from naptol which costs Rs.4999/- cash on delivery basis vide booking no.67541 and delivered on 10th oct 09 vide blue dart courietr no.[protected]. The time of booking I asked several question to the customer care about in case any problem where do I get asistance such as defected etc:-they promised me in case any problem we will send our engineer to your place after receiving your complaint and dont worry. when I get the product and found ill- function I tried to approach the customer care but atleast 50 calls I made to get a satisfactory reply.

For my surprise they told me send the defected peice through blue dart courier Naptol, Millenium building park, sector 3, bldg no.5, 3rd floor, Gala 308, Mahape, Navi mumbai, 400710 and the courier charges will be re- funded through cheques When I approach the blue dart they asked about the original bill of the product but that was not with the consignment. And finally I send that today
