Naaptol — delay in delivery of product

I placed an order on naaptol for a titan watch on 14th august vide order no 4674215. The payment was also done online while placing the order.I called naaptol customer care after placing the order and executive confirmed that order will be delivered by 20th august. Then I called on 20th august then i was told it will be done by 24th august which also was not done. Then i wrote a feedback on the website but received no reply till now. Then i called on 23 rd august and the executive told me that i will receive the order between 1-7 days. today is 28th and i have yet not received any notification regarding the delivery of the product. Then i wrote a mail in write to ceo column on 28th aug on their website but no reply till today. Then i again called the customer care on 28th aug they told me i will receive a confirmation call in 1 hr but received no call till date.

Their executives have no idea about the status they themselves are so confused on what is happening. the process is so unorganized. They dont understand the meaning of customer care , they are not bothered about customer complaints. i have 4 complaints registered but no reply on them .

You will find maximum number of complaints against on any complaint forum in online shopping segment and that says it all.

The order tracking link is also useless from the time i placed the order it just shows order verified and will be delivered shortly.

The order procedure according to their website :
Order Procedure in Naaptol
Once the order is registered within the system, it awaits for payment to be done.
As payment against order is cleared through Checque/DD or CreditCard / Internet banking Order will be shipped immediately.
In Cash on Delivery option, the Order is processed for shipment as the payment is collected at the time of delivery.
If the payment is declined by the bank then the order will not be processed further.

I bought it as a bday gift for sum 1 wd the bday long gone. I only placed the order because it was not available on any good website. Only god knows when i will receive the product.
