Naaptol — Different Mobile model received than the ordered one

This has reference to the tele conversation I had with Mr Prashant at the CC.
I was able to speak to the agent after a wait of almost 7+ mins....
I have lodged a complaint (ref no 2766391) that I feel cheated as the mobile you have sent to me is not HTC and is T mobile.
He has been trying to convice me that I should accept the product and that the product would not be replaced.
I had purchased the product assuming that you shall supply HTC product with HTC branding on it as depicted in the photograph(attatched for your reference).
However,the product sent to me resembles a lot but does not seem to be HTC.
Please note that I have bought the product assuming it to be HTC with HTC branding on it.
I understand you proivde the same product as mentioned on the website and not similar products with different branding.
It is a T mobile with no HTC branding on it.
As a layman,I understand T mobile is not HTC.
Request you to arrange for a replacement/refund of the product ASAP.
If you are planning for a replacement,please replace it with the product as mentioned in the attatchment.It has to necessarily have HTC branding on it.
This is the first time I have transacted with Naaptol and I have had a bitter experience.
