[Resolved] Naaptol.com — After receiving payment order has not been dispatched | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased a nokia 1280 mobile phone from naaptol.com on 27th august 2012 & made the payment through debit card. The order number is 4778259.It was told me that order will be delivered within 10 days.I didnot receive the order till 12th September.more than 12 working days has been passed.I called & mailed several times to customer care,but each time fake commitment was made to me.Lastly I called & mailed customer care to cancel this order & refund my money,but they are not cancelling my order.Please assist me.
